The following terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and Tantric Club Limited (TCL). Therefore, we would strongly advise you to read this document before registering or purchasing any products and/or services from TCL. By registering, or becoming a Club member, or attending an event, you are deemed to have agreed to, and are bound by, these terms and conditions, and you do so with the intent of not breaching them.
By registering or purchasing any products and services from TCL, you confirm that you are at least 20 years old and single, divorced, separated or widowed (without a partner).

Tickets for all events are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, with the following exceptions:
If you are unable to attend an event and give us at least 5 working days notice, we may, at our discretion, allow you to use that ticket at a subsequent event.
- If the cost of the subsequent event is greater than the original ticket price, you will be liable to pay the excess in order to use that ticket. We will not give you a part-refund on your original ticket if it is used at an event, which is lower in value.
- If you are then unable to attend that event, the ticket will be considered void and not valid for any future events.
At our discretion we may offer you a refund in extenuating circumstances. Please contact us immediately if you feel that you fall into this category.
TCL reserves the right to cancel an event, without prior notice. Individuals will be entitled to a full refund but no other compensation.
TCL reserves the right to change a published event, without prior notice. Individuals will be entitled to a full refund but no other compensation.
TCL will give one week’s notice if a venue has to be changed for an event. Every reasonable step will be taken to re-locate the event in close proximity to the original venue. Any individual who does not wish to attend the event at the new venue will be entitled to a full refund and no other compensation.
If you have attended one event as a non-member, you will need to subscribe to one of our membership packages in order to attend future events. If you purchase a ticket under an alias, or through a third-party, you will be refused entry at the event and no refund will be awarded.
Tantric Club offers three tiers of membership:
Details of each tier of membership can be found on the website. Upgrading from one tier to another is entirely at Tantric Club's discretion and Tantric Club reserves the right to refuse an application to upgrade.
All membership fees are non-refundable. A member can cancel or terminate their membership by giving 30 days written notice (by post or email) but no refund will be awarded.
When your membership has expired, we will NOT renew it automatically. We will advise you of the expiration date and you can choose whether you wish to renew at that stage, or not.
At an event
Management reserves the right to request ID from an individual in order to verify their booking and/or check their age before entry to an event is permitted. If the individual is unable to provide sufficient ID, they may be refused entry and no refund will be given for their ticket.
Management reserves the right to refuse entry to, or to evict, any individual from an event if they are in breach of any terms and conditions or behaving in an unacceptable social manner, without refund and without notice. This includes, but is not limited to:
drunk and disorderly behaviour
in possession of, under the influence of, or using any illegal substances
violent or threatening behaviour
abusive or bad language
unwanted physical attention towards others
breaking club rules (including attending a second event without purchasing membership despite being previously advised)
Management also reserves the right to permanently refuse the sale of tickets to an individual, or to allow entry to further events at their discretion, and can terminate membership status (with immediate effect) of any individual who has behaved in an unacceptable social manner at a previous event and/or is in breach of any terms and conditions.
All TCL events are held at public premises. We are not responsible for, or nor do we have any jurisdiction over, their rules and regulations. It is your personal responsibility to adhere to these rules and regulations for your own benefit; failure to do so on your part excludes any liability on the part of TCL, for any resulting consequences that may occur. If any loss, damage, or injury is sustained whilst attending a TCL event held at public premises, you agree to discharge TCL of any liability, and any claims that arise will be made direct to the proprietor of the public premises.
If you attend an event, you agree to return any and all hardware provided to TCL at the end of the event.
The distribution of third-party materials such as flyers or advertising materials is strictly prohibited at any TCL event, unless this is previously agreed and authorised in writing by TCL. Individuals who violate this condition will be faced with legal action.
Photographs will be taken at each Tantric Club event. Material produced will be used for marketing and publicity of Tantric Club. If you do not wish to be photographed, you must inform Tantric Club prior or at the start of the event.
Your Tantric Club Membership
A Tantric Club member is not allowed to transfer or give permission to any other individual or entity to use his/her membership. Membership rights can only be used or exercised by the individual that it is assigned to. If any member is caught violating this term, the membership will be revoked without prior notice and no refund will be awarded.
Individuals are responsible for keeping their personal login details strictly confidential. Your password will not be disclosed to anyone but you, unless we are required to disclose it for legal purposes. If at any time, an individual suspects a security breach resulting in the misuse of their details, they should contact TCL immediately. Individuals will be held responsible for any unauthorised use until the matter is reported to TCL. In the first instance, individual should telephone +44 (0) 20 8352 0664 and report the matter. This should then be confirmed in writing within 3 working days by email

When you use a benefit voucher from your membership package, you are bound by the terms and conditions of that third-party, and you agree to release TCL from all liability and any suffering of, including but not limited to, loss, damage or injury sustained as a result of the transaction/interaction made with the third-party. Any personal grievances or claims must be made directly against the third-party not TCL.
When a Club Member uses a FREE ticket to attend an event, (awarded as part of the membership package), any guest ticket(s) required by the member, will be subject to the non-members price.
A FREE ticket cannot be used for any events fitting the description of including but not limited to activity days or afternoon out (including but not linited to kayaking, dragon boat racing, fencing, archery, paint balling, skiing), weekend breaks, workshops or balls.
As part of the membership package, Club Members are offered priority booking at events, including priority and Club Members ticket price booking for one guest. To take advantage of this, Club Members must book within the time frame specified by TCL, and book the guest ticket at the same time, when booking their own ticket. Once the time specified by TCL has expired, members are no longer entitled to priority booking.
By completing forms requesting personal details on the TCL website, you agree to take reasonable care and provide true and accurate information about yourself. If at anytime we suspect that the information supplied is not authentic or is incomplete, we reserve the right to delete you from our database and refuse the purchase of any of our products and services, without any notification.
TCL provides a forum for single Asians to meet. We do not guarantee nor are we responsible for finding you your perfect partner. We exclude any liability for any physical or emotional feelings that you endure as a result from meeting someone through TCL, during or after your lifetime.
At TCL we are unable to screen individuals and validate all the personal information that they have provided. We therefore strongly recommend that you exercise your common sense and intuition, as you would do in any other social situation where you meet a stranger, with whom you would be interested in pursuing a friendship or relationship. We, cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered as a result (directly or indirectly) of false information disclosed to you by an individual who you meet through TCL.
Where a third-party web link is provided, TCL is not responsible for the availability, content provided, products and services, privacy practices or terms and conditions of that third-party. TCL exclude all liability of any suffering, including but not limited to, loss, damage or injury sustained as a result of any transactions/interaction made with the third-party. Any personal grievances or claims must be made directly against the third-party and not TCL.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless TCL, its affiliates, directors, officers, shareholders, agents, employees and third parties, from and against any losses, costs, liabilities, claims and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, relating or arising out of your use of TCL services, from any unauthorised use of material obtained through the service, from any breach by you of the terms of this agreement or from any such acts arising through your use of the service.
Disclaimer of warranty
TCL provides a service on an "as is" basis and grants no warranties of any kind, expressed, implied and/or statutory, in any communication with TCL or its representatives, or otherwise with respect to the service. TCL specifically disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. TCL do not warrant that your use of TCL service will always be: secure, uninterrupted, available, or error-free, or will meet your requirements, or that any defects in the service will be corrected. TCL disclaims liability for, and no warranty is made with respect to, connectivity and availability.
Limitation of liability
Under no circumstances will TCL be liable to you or any third person for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of data, loss of programs, cost of procurement of substitute services or service interruptions) arising out of the use of or inability to use TCL website or events, or other TCL products and services, even if TCL or its agents or representatives know or have been advised of the possibility of such damages, or to any person other than you. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, TCL liability to you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to TCL for the service during the term of membership.

We will investigate your complaint and respond within 7 working days from the day of receipt. If the matter cannot be resolved amicably, it will be referred to a third-party.
TCL reserves the right to revise its policies at any time, without notice.
This website and its contents are the property of TCL. Reproduction in whole or in part of any content or distribution is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of TCL.
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. Tantric Club is owned and managed by Tantric Club Limited, a company registered in England, company no. 4891651.
